Mark Goldwater - Managing Partner

Managing Partner and Head of Litigation who joined the practice 23 years ago and helped build up the original specialist litigation department dealing with the whole range of civil litigation issues including Landlord and Tenant work, Personal Injury Claims and Mortgage related matters. Since then he has managed growth in these sections and now other areas of commercial litigation practice. He has also assisted in overseeing the repeated attainment and retention on an annual basis of the Law Society Lexcel accreditation and Investors in People award in relation to the group practice.
