Janice Young - Partner,
Senior Litigation Solicitor
She assists clients in the full range of commercial litigation - in addition to her work in property litigation - including breach of contract, tort*, professional negligence and insolvency. In relation to property - she handles opposed lease renewals, landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidations, proceedings before the Land Registry Adjudicator, Trusts of Land Act cases, rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes, and building disputes.
Janice has over 20 years of litigation experience, the last 8 years of which have been focused particularly on property litigation and she is our senior specialist property litigator.
She is an elected member of the Property Litigation Association which reflects her considerable knowledge and ability in this field.
